Frequently Asked Questions

If there is anything that does not get answered here, please email kim@womensmotosummit.com with any questions.

What time is check in?

The gates will open for guests at 3:00 PM on Friday, August 29th, 2025. A staff member will be present to open the gate and assist with the check-in process.

If you arrive late and find no one at the gates, please call 604-818-7936 before entering.

Why is the speed 5km/hr on the property?

Cheekye Ranch operates as an open-range facility, housing hundreds of rescued animals undergoing rehabilitation. Families with young children also reside on the ranch, so it is essential to maintain a maximum speed of 5 km/h while driving through the property to ensure the safety of both people and animals.

Can I visit and pet the animals on site?

Since the animals at Cheekye are rescues, guests are kindly asked to avoid visiting them unaccompanied due to potential behavioral issues, unless permission has been granted by a volunteer.

Can I park near my tent or sleep in my car?

All vehicles should be parked in the lower lot after unloading. You are welcome to sleep in your vehicle if you choose but it will have to be in the lower lot.

Can I pre book my experiences?

Most activities, including tattoos, tarot, bodywork, reiki, and art classes, are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can sign up onsite at the summit.

However, it is recommended to pre-book certain experiences, such as horseback riding and weekend sauna passes, as soon as possible.

Where can I find the schedule?

The weekend schedule will be posted a few weeks before the event. All ticket-holding guests will be notified via email once it's available. Please note that the schedule may vary during the event.

Can allergies/food restrictions be accommodated?

Certainly! The food trucks will be able to accommodate modifications. We will also send out the breakfast menu to all guests before the event, so those who are gluten-free or vegan can swap their morning burritos.

Did I hear fresh morning coffee?

Absolutely!  If there's one thing I don't like in the morning is having to wait for coffee.  This will be included in your ticket and be served fresh both mornings.  Please bring your own coffee mug to reduce waste

If you prefer an espresso based coffee or  smoothie instead, Island Oasis will be back and on site late morning.

What should I bring?

- Yoga mat or blanket

- Camping chair (optional)

- Water bottle

- Coffee mug/cup

- Bathing suit

- Workout gear

- Comfy night clothes
- CASH for drinks, food trucks and experiences

Can I drink the water on site?

Please note that washrooms on-site do not have potable water. However, there will be three water stations available throughout the venue for your convenience. We kindly ask that you bring a refillable water bottle to help reduce waste and stay hydrated throughout the event.

Are there showers?

There are two showers available on-site. If you plan to use them, please bring your own towel. Kindly be patient, as the water system requires time to refill between uses. We also ask that guests respect the allotted shower time to ensure fairness and allow everyone an opportunity to use the facilities.

Will there be planned rides?

There will be no planned rides during the event. Whether you arrive on two wheels or four, the idea is to park your vehicles for the weekend and fully immerse yourself in the event. We encourage you to take a scenic route on your way here and spend the rest of Sunday exploring the beautiful surroundings.

Can I use my credit or debit card during the event?

The property does not always have a secure connection therefor we ask that guests bring CASH for all experiences, food trucks and drinks.

Is this a 'dry' event?

We will have canned alcoholic beverages available.  They will be $5 each and you can pre purchase tokens for the weekend if you prefer not to carry cash.
